Jen is a nationally certified massage therapist who arrived in the field through a varied
educational course. She finished her undergraduate degree in music at Drew University in
Madison, New Jersey in 2002 and realized that her passion for bodywork needed to be
more than just a side line hobby but rather a significant portion of her vocational life.

She then enrolled in the Professional Track program at the Somerset School of Massage
Therapy. This intensive program included both anatomy & physiology and the study and
practice of a variety of massage modalities including Swedish, Myofascial, Sports, Pre- and
Post-natal and Reflexology. Jen is also a member of the American Massage Therapy
Association, the oldest & largest international organization representing the massage
therapy profession.
Gillian Rosenthal
Gillian has been a student of yoga for half her life, and
teaching for the last 10 years.  She began this journey at the
Kripalu Center for yoga and health, in Lenox, Mass., where
she first visited in 1995, and was later certified as a teacher.
Gillian has since gone on to become influenced by many
other styles, including, vinyassa, a sequence of specific
poses linked together and coordinated with the movement of
the breath, which results in a state of flow, or movement
meditation.  Gillian is certified in various modalities of yoga
including pre-natal and vinyassa styles with Stefani Pappas
and Shiva Rea, who is her most current teacher.

As a complement to her yoga practice and teaching, Gillian
is a certified Romana’s Pilates instructor, in the classical
tradition of Joseph Pilates. She is also a massage therapist,
trained in both eastern and western modalities, and
incorporates her knowledge and skill of bodywork in her
sessions.   In addition, Gillian is a whole foods chef, trained
at the Natural Gourmet Cookery school in NYC and an
herbalist in training, having been an apprentice to Rosemary
Gladstar in the folk herbalist tradition.
