For our younger clients, this means building a foundation for athletic performance and injury prevention. For our older clients, it’s about maintaining bone density, improving balance, and preserving independence.
Our programs focus on functional training, a dynamic approach that moves your body in all planes of motion to replicate real-life movements. Our personal training sessions are either 30 or 50 minutes long and are meticulously designed to enhance core strength, balance, and stability, which are critical for both daily activities and peak athletic performance. We also incorporate plyometric training to increase your power, speed, and endurance.
